Join this month’s HR Roundtable! These sessions are a structured yet agenda-free meeting where you steer the discussion so we talk about, and find solutions to, the things that matter most to you.

Here’s how they work:

  1. Topics – Participants submit and vote on topics that they want to discuss with the group.
  2. Timed Discussions – Each topic gets 8 minutes of discussion. At the end of this time, participants can vote to continue or move on to the next topic.
  3. Open and Equal Participation – Every voice is heard, promoting diverse perspectives and ideas.
  4. Reflection and Wrap-Up: We conclude with key takeaways, ensuring actionable insights.

Expect to walk away with:

  • Fresh Perspectives: Learn from the collective wisdom and experiences of fellow HR & People Leaders.
  • Actionable Insights: Gain practical ideas and strategies that can be applied in your organization.
  • Enhanced Networking: Build meaningful connections with other HR leaders.
  • Empowered Voice: An opportunity to share your expertise and learn from peers.
  • Efficient Learning: Maximize your time with focused discussions on relevant HR topics.
