David Swanagon is the founder of Machine Leadership and Chief Editor of the Machine Leadership Journal, an ISSN-indexed publication advancing research and practice in AI leadership, strategy and adoption. He is a seasoned HR, learning and people-analytics executive with more than 25 years of experience across global multinationals spanning oil & gas, chemicals, technology, hospitality, and cyber-security sectors. He also serves as an adjunct professor of management, has degrees from Vanderbilt University and Harvard University, and leads initiatives such as the Global AI Playground that focus on safe AI education for youth.
