Felicia Shakiba is the Founder, CEO, and Podcast Host at CPO PLAYBOOK Consultancy. She serves on the advisory boards of Y-Combinator company Extern, Include Consulting, and the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. With nearly 20 years of experience in people strategy, she has impacted over 200,000 employees globally. She is also the former Global Head of Performance Management of the $12B multinational advertising and PR technology giant, WPP, and former Head of Talent Management for Harman International, a Samsung company. She has led several international HR teams as the Chief People Officer for clients in industries such as fintech, biotech, ad tech, and more. Shakiba is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and a graduate from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
