Alice Ferretti is an accomplished global HR leader with over 12 years of experience in managing and scaling human resources functions across diverse industries and regions.

She holds advanced degrees in Clinical and Behavioral Psychology from the Università di Torino and Università di Parma, along with a Master’s in Global HR Management from Georgetown University.

Her career has been characterized by her strategic leadership in HR operations, her commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and her ability to foster cultures of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Currently, as the CEO and founder of HumansR (humansr.com), an HR consultancy specializing in tailored solutions for small businesses, Alice advises clients on a range of HR needs, from talent management and compliance to compensation strategy and HR technology.

Before founding HumansR, Alice served as the Global Head of People and Culture at a multinational organization, where she led the HR team through rapid growth, supporting over 480 employees across 30+ countries.

Her expertise includes developing total rewards programs, managing HRIS, overseeing payroll and benefits administration, and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Alice’s background also includes serving as an HR Business Partner at a non-profit, where she enhanced productivity and employee retention, and as HR Manager in a tech start-up where she established the HR department and led key change management initiatives that contributed to significant business growth.
