Jay Caldwell

Jay Caldwell is the Chief Talent Officer at ADP, where he leads enterprise-wide talent and people strategies designed to strengthen leadership capability, employee engagement, and workforce development across the organization. With more than a decade of leadership experience at ADP, he has held several senior HR roles—including Division Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Talent Solutions—helping shape global talent programs and performance practices. Earlier in his career, Jay worked in organizational effectiveness and leadership consulting, and he holds a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Quinnipiac University.
