A pay band is a range of salaries for a particular group of positions in an organization. They are used to set salaries for new employees and are used to determine salary increase amounts for existing employees.
How To Use It
This template can be used to identify salaries for new employees and help determine pay increases for new employees within the pay band. Pay bands are used to ensure pay is fair, consistent, and equitable, and to ensure an organization’s pay practices are aligned to market conditions.
This template includes a sample rating system for the listed compensable factors that can be adjusted to meet your organization’s needs.
