Pay Equity refers to the notion that employees who do the same or similar work ought to receive equal pay regardless of race, gender, or any other personal characteristic.

It’s important that organizations maintain pay equity to create a fair and just work environment, attract and retain top talent, and promote diversity and inclusion.

How to use it

This guide/template can be used to help assess whether your organization is paying employees equitably and is designed to identify potential pay discrepancies.
