Share Your Insights on the Future of Work
At People Managing People, we believe the conversation about leadership, work, and AI is just beginning—and we want your voice in it.
We’re looking for contributors who’ve been in the trenches: executives, HR leaders, and operators experimenting with AI, rethinking team models, or wrestling with the human side of transformation. If you’ve tested a tool, piloted a new workflow, or led through change, your lessons could help peers make better decisions tomorrow.
Do you see a blind spot in how leaders are talking about AI and people? Have a take that challenges the “accepted wisdom” in HR or leadership circles? We want the ideas, stories, and contrarian opinions that others aren’t saying out loud—but that leaders need to hear.
This isn’t about chasing hype. It’s about publishing bold, practical insights that help Director+ leaders lead with clarity, humanity, and confidence in the age of AI.

Submission Essentials
While we don’t expect you to submit a polished graduate thesis, we do ask that you provide one or more of the following for your article to be accepted:
- A rough draft of an article
- A partial article draft that’s been thoughtfully organized
- A short pitch (~2 paragraphs summarizing your idea/argument, and why it matters to our readers) along with an outline

What We’re Looking For
-
The strongest submissions bring fresh, practical leadership insight to the table. They:
-
Speak with a bold, human voice—not corporate jargon.
-
Make a clear argument or take a stand.
-
Are written for Director+ leaders navigating people, business, and AI together.
-
Back up ideas with data, examples, and first-hand experience.
-
We’re less focused on the length of your article than we are on you offering a unique, thought-provoking, controversial, and/or newsworthy perspective that will resonate with our audience.
Please complete the submission form below. We prefer submissions that are shared as a Google document (please do not send Word documents).
Thank you!
