Our priority is to create a secure, valuable and comfortable environment for people to share ideas, engage in conversations, and healthy debate. We welcome all individuals and strive to help you win at work, everyday.

1. Remember Why You’re Here.

You joined our membership to access resources, connect with a community, receive help and advice, and find ways to grow in your practice. We’re all here because we share common interests are looking for likeminded peers to support each other throughout our journey. Together, we can create a safe and inclusive space where everyone feels valued, and among their people.

2. Share with purpose.

The bottom line is, the more you give, the more you’ll receive. We know you have amazing workplace experiences, stories and ways of working that others can learn from. So share with authenticity and intent. Bring us your favourite tools, best practices, people management hacks, processes that work, podcasts, articles, training tips, and anything else that makes your days better. Sharing authentically encourages others to do the same and leads us to build a better world of work for all.

3. Be truthful.

When it comes to sharing your personal experiences and journey, we want the real deal. This is a safe space, so don’t hold back. Be your true, authentic self, and help others in the best way you know how by bringing your experiences and expertise to the table. We’re all in this to learn from each other and grow in our careers. Our community is ready for the good, the bad, and the awkward!

4. Respect who each other are.

Our community upholds a standard of kindness and courtesy towards one another. To ensure a safe and inclusive environment, any negative comments pertaining to race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated. Additionally, threatening violence, public shaming, excessive messaging, or reposting of photos without explicit permission, whether internally or externally, are considered inappropriate. As a non-partisan community, all political discussions are deemed inappropriate and all gender pronouns must be respected. Our purpose here is to share our experiences and contribute to each other’s overall well-being. We’re here to share our experiences, and contribute to the greater good of each other.

5. What happens in Slack, stays there.

Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. Shared assets and personal stories are never to leave the group, but of course you can take away all the advice, tips, and tricks that your group shared!
