To narrow down my list, I then examined each platform in finer detail using the selection criteria below to see how each system stacked up against the next one. 

Here’s a short summary of the main selection and evaluation criteria I used to develop my list of the best employee perks programs for this article:

The main goal behind any employee perks platform is to keep your employees happy and engaged. That’s why it’s important to choose a platform that creates a fun and engaging user experience (UX) for users at every level, whether they’re employees, managers, or platform administrators. 

To assess a platform’s usability, I analyze its user interface (UI) to get a feel for what the user experience would be like. I also pay attention to the way the menus are organized, and how easy it is to navigate between features.
