AI doesn’t remove complexity. AI just relocates complexity to your workflows, decision rights, governance structures, and culture. And if your systems can’t keep up, no tool will save you.

AI educator Miriam Gilbert argues that adoption stalls when leaders treat it as a skills problem instead of a systems-and-emotions problem.
