I’m a passionate HR Technology Analyst with a love for investigating the people ops landscape and how it shifts. I believe in leveraging tool stacks to create seamless, engaging, and productive work environments.
Across roles in public relations at Ogilvy, account management at Deliveroo, and branding in government institutions, I’ve leveraged diverse experiences to develop a deep understanding of how technology can boost employee engagement, streamline operations, and enrich workplace culture. My journey has allowed me to vet vendors as an end-user in both consultancy and in-house capacities, providing me with a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities within the HR technology sector.
Before joining People Managing People, I contributed to publications featuring cutting-edge HR tools, including employee enablement software and virtual engagement platforms that are pivotal for remote workers. I’ve seen first hand how companies have harnessed software to improve their HR operations and employee experience.
Prior to that, I worked in-house at an employee intranet platform, hosting insightful webinars and discussion series for guest panels with VP-level executives and CHROs, focusing on the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the ever-evolving world of HR Tech.
