Rebecca (Becca) Banyard
Digital Producer

Becca is the Digital Producer of People Managing People, where she orchestrates the content production, digital projects, and events that have grown the brand’s influence. Having grown up all over the world, she believes in the importance of sharing stories and learning from one another’s backgrounds and experience. She is passionate about bridging cultures and amplifying minority voices in the workplace. When she isn’t working, you can find her snapping pics for her food blog, singing her heart out with her guitar, or practicing her figure skating skills (which are almost non-existent).

Kim Behnke
HR Tool Expert & Writer

Kim Behnke is an HR Tool Expert & Writer for People Managing People. She draws on her 9 years of human resources experience and her keen eye for systematic processes to support her analyses of the top HR tools on the market. She is passionate about maximizing efficiencies and streamlining workflows to ensure internal systems run smoothly. Kim’s HR experience includes recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, policy development and enforcement, and HR analytics. She also has degrees in psychology, writing, publishing, and technical communication. When away from her desk, she can usually be found outside tending to her ever-expanding garden.

I love to travel, and spent my honeymoon in Papua New Guinea snorkeling, exploring volcanoes and learning from the local Indigenous people.

Designer

Debby is a designer who is fun & self-motivated, detail-oriented, & open-minded to perspectives & new ideas. She brings passion and personality to every bit of work she does for People Managing People. When she’s not working, she loves to travel, enjoy nature, do sports, try new experiences, spend time with her dogs and stray dogs around her house. She also enjoys being alone and in silence.
