She has over 15+ years of Business Development & Sales Experience and 8+ years working as an HR Advisor and Mentor for small nonprofits, incubators and startups from pre-seed to Series B. Cara double majored in Rhetoric and Gender and Women Studies at the University of California Berkeley along with her professional experience has made her uniquely qualified to provide guidance and support for small start-up companies.
